Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

We want satisfied customers, not hostages. That's why we make it easy for you to cancel your account directly in all of our products.

Our legal responsibility is to account owners, which means we cannot cancel an account at the request of anyone else. If you no longer know who the account owner is, contact us, and we'll reach out to any current account owners at the email addresses we have on file.

You won't be able to access your account once you cancel, so make sure you download everything you want to keep beforehand.

We'll permanently delete the content in your account from our servers 30 days after cancellation, and from our backups within 60 days. Retrieving content for a single account from a backup isn't possible, so if you change your mind you'll need to do it within the first 30 days after cancellation. Content can't be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.

We won't bill you again once you cancel. We don't automatically prorate any unused time you may have left but if you haven't used your account in months or just started a new billing cycle, contact us for a fair refund. We'll treat you right.

We also retain the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason at any time, as outlined in our Terms of Service. In practice, this generally means we will cancel your account without notice if we have evidence that you are violating the restricted use agreement.

Refund Terms

At Circuit Flare Private Limited (CFPL), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting refunds across our products: Console Logs, Super Max, and Circuit Parts. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Refunds are considered based on the type of product or service purchased and the specific policies of the respective product. For digital products sold through Console Logs, refunds are not provided unless the product is defective or significantly different from its description. For service-related offerings, such as custom development work, refunds are only available if the service has not commenced. If a provider fails to deliver as per agreed terms, a refund may also be considered.

For Super Max, which specializes in web application development, refunds are not available once the development process begins, as significant resources are allocated to the project. However, unused services may qualify for a refund if requested within fourteen days of payment. Maintenance plans are eligible for refunds on the unused portion of prepaid services if the cancellation occurs within the first thirty days.

Circuit Parts, our hardware-focused subsidiary, offers refunds or replacements for defective or damaged physical products if reported within fourteen days of delivery. Customers must return the product in its original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer's responsibility unless the issue stems from an error on our part. You may refer the refund policy mentioned in the Circuit Parts for more details

To request a refund, customers must contact us via email or phone, providing their order ID or service reference, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs or screenshots. Our team will review the request and respond within seven business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within ten to fifteen business days. Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions for partially used services.

It is important to note that refunds are not provided for change of mind after purchase, customer misuse or negligence, or delays caused by third-party service providers beyond CFPL's control. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, service terms, and related policies before making a purchase.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices. If we make significant changes, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and notify users who have signed up to our policy updates mailing list.
